With over 40 years of experience in Construction and Design I can provide services for practically every level of residential and commercial design.

New homes, additions, Kitchen and Baths, as-builts, and fire/water damage drawings for permit submittals.

Accessory Dwelling Units
Design and complete construction documents.

Commercial:

Tenement Projects not requiring structural changes.

Either by Internet or Site Visit:

Services can be offered that do not require site visits, if the information requested is provided by the owners/representative.   Site visits can also be arranged. 

Services:

We can provide services for the design, and coordinate all other services such as energy calculations, truss design, engineering, soils reports, and interaction with the city or county.

WE DO PROJECTS PRIMARILY IN CALIFORNIA.  WE WILL CONSIDER PROJECTS IN OTHER STATES.  WE TYPICALLY DO WORK FROM PALM SPRINGS (CA) TO BEYOND NAPA (CA), BUT WILL CERTAINLY CONSIDER MOST PROJECTS IN CALIFORNIA.

Our FEE's are comparably modest and reasonable. The design and drafting services have saved our customers thousands both in design and construction costs.
